It’s 11:30 PM—almost midnight somewhere. The air outside is as cold as Lily Moscovitz’s side-eye, and there you are with a tub of Ben & Jerry’s Strawberry Cheesecake in hand. Desk covered in a sea of notebook scraps and scribbles, full-on planning mode—plotting, dreaming, maybe even screaming, all while trying to figure out how to make your wildest dreams come true. Been there!

Actually, I’m there right now so this is your official step-by-step hype guide. Time to channel your full Mia Thermopolis-princess-in-training energy.

Step 1: Breath—We’re Here for Royal Calm, Not Royal Chaos

First things first, we’re going to take a deep breath. Because sometimes we forget to breathe—like Mia when she realized she was the Princess of Genovia. 😱 Breathe in, breathe out, reset. It’s amazing what a deep breath can do to clear your mind and get your energy flowing.

Step 2: Move Your Body—Channel Your Inner Mattress-Surfing Vibe

Okay, now we’re moving! Whether it’s a quick stretch, a stroll around your room, or a Peloton Disney ride, getting your body in motion is key. Feeling mentally stuck often means we’re physically stuck too. So, let’s get moving and grooving. And no, you don’t have to run across the grass being yelled at in multiple languages (but if that’s your vibe, go for it).

Step 3: Find Your Happy—But Maybe Skip the Paint Darts

While paint darts sound seriously fun, maybe stick with a playlist, snack, or podcast. We’re not looking for a full-on distraction, just something to boost our mood.

Step 4: Tackle Your Thoughts—Joe Style

Now, let’s handle those thoughts Joe-style—you know, with the calm, wisdom of a Genovian bodyguard. “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent,” and that includes yourself! So don’t let your mind play tricks on you. You’re not behind.

You wouldn’t have this wild dream in your heart if it wasn’t meant for you. I truly believe you can do anything you set your mind to—it’s possible.

That’s what’s going to keep you going when things get tough. Just remember who you are—and don’t forget how powerful and magical that is. ✨
