I didn’t always feel the power in using my voice
or being me… in fact, I used to wish I was anyone BUT me.
Growing up, there were so many pressures to look, act, speak and be a certain way. I quickly became an expert at being anything but myself.
It wasn’t until I experienced having my voice surpressed that I realized I’d become a stranger to myself. Being at rock bottom, I realized the only person who was going to stand up for me was me — I had to fight for myself, believing and embracing who I am.
I believe women are capable of loving and embracing the incredible QUEENS they are… and I want them to believe it too.
Lauren brings infectious joy, wit and that best friend energy, drawing out vulnerable and honest conversations in a way that captivates and inspires.
She has an undeniable gift for captivating women around the world.

I moved back to my quiet east coast hometown — the kind where you attend the same school from elementary through highschool and graduate with a class of roughly 40 students. (Yep, true story!)
Through freelance speaking engagements, hosting jobs, modeling, content creating and my position as an Aerie Ambassador (#dreambrand), I’m leaving my mark on the world and encouraging women to step into their power, embrace their dreams, authentic self and use their voice for positive impact.
At the very least, my story proves that your dreams CAN come true — and they will! From the “hell yeah’s” to the “aww mans”, to the trials and triumphs, if you continue to push forward, you’ll reach your goals. Perfection does not exist and there is no ideal approach for doing so, but if you believe in yourself, ANYTHING is possible!

Wearing Aerie all day e’ry day ‘cause they make me feel sexy, powerful AND comfy! There’s nothing I love more than being confident in my own skin. (Shower concerts & Princess Diaries are both close seconds though!)

Being outside of your comfort zone is well… uncomfortable. But life is continually presenting us with the most beautiful of learning opportunities! Take the risk, do the hard thing and open your heart to what it may be trying to teach you.

When others try to negatively define you... “Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.” (Name that movie.) Enough said.
